A stable core. Unlimited variants. No copies.

Digital products as an agile supply chain – architecture-safe, testable, IP-protected.

We do not think of digital products as copies, forks or variants that drift apart in code. We think of them as a system of two sets: a generic set that always stays the same – and a variable set that carries the business logic.

What this means for your company

One core instead of many copies

Build once, use everywhere: significantly less maintenance and no diverging code lines.

New variants in weeks

Functional add-ins instead of new projects: fast, reproducible product variants.

IP-protected building blocks

Encapsulated, licensed components protect your intellectual property – instead of exposed monoliths.

One platform, many products

A system creates products: a scalable product platform instead of a growing application landscape.

What the system looks like

Defined interfaces Stable core generic · API-driven Business logic UI / templates Devices & IIoT Integration & cloud Tests = quality assurance Deployments = shipping

One core creates unlimited functional variants – without a single line of copied code.

Six decisions, one system

For us, stability does not mean standing still: our core is stable because it reacts quickly – not because it never changes.

1

Systems, not copies

Every digital product is a composition of a stable core and functional add-ins – not a variant that gradually drifts away from the others in code, creating high-maintenance copies. Encapsulation, clear responsibilities and licensing protect your building blocks and your intellectual property.

2

Composition, not project

The core is the stable foundation we build only once. Add-ins are the functional expressions we bind via defined interfaces – never via direct coupling. Stable signatures, unambiguous types, separated logic.

3

Distributed by design

Cores and add-ins run locally, distributed or in processes. We do not build one software system per product, but a system that creates products – we think in processes, not in applications.

4

UI- and database-agnostic

The UI is a template, not a project – presentation and function are separated. Persistence is a concept, not a system: we encapsulate databases behind interfaces and make the product independent of the DBMS.

5

Testability as architecture

Loose coupling is testability: every component is testable on its own, every interaction isolatable. Unit, regression, integration, load and security tests are part of the architecture – not an add-on.

6

Embedded & HAL

The hardware abstraction layer (HAL) is our generic core on the device: it encapsulates sensors, communication and AI triggers. Board specifics remain variable add-ins – firmware updates run dual-bank without downtime, with built-in rollback. On-device AI runs in fixed slots: quantized and never in the way of the sensors. The gateway orchestrates as an API layer – the direct bridge from OT to IT.

Software like a production system, not like a sprint.

Let us think of your product as a system – stable, scalable, delivery-ready.
